The HR generalist will assist with safety, daily timekeeping, recruitment, and onboarding.
Responsibilities Reviews time cards daily Conducts daily safety walk-throughs, and documents and informs management of findings Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc Screen resumes and job applications daily and follow up with candidates promptly Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates Schedule and facilitate phone, zoom, and onsite interviews Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Onboard new employees to become fully integrated Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Provide administrative support to Senior HR Generalist Perform other duties as assigned and requested Skills and Qualifications Strong detail-oriented Knowledge of California wage and hours law Bilingual in Spanish Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excellent time management skills BS in Human Resources Management Preferred Qualifications Proven experience working in an HR department Natural interpersonal and communication skills Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset Knowledge of Paychex Flex is a plus Job Type:
