Your role at Sephora:
As a Co-Manager, Client Experience & Services, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the stage experience and all services, classes and events in a specific Sephora store location. This includes management and development of all members of the Color, Skin, and Fragrance worlds, the Cash wrap team, Services Coordinator(s), all elevated experts and employees. In addition, you will:

  • Execute training for all new hires as well as for existing employees

  • Ensure the timely response to all client feedback for the store

  • Communicate team hiring needs and manage the hiring process for all direct reports

  • You will support the store's hiring needs as needed

  • Understand store goals, opportunities and trends and ensure the store employees are aligned with each

  • Regularly act as the Client Experience & Logistics Leader within the store

  • Engage with employees and clients on-stage whenever possible

  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience

  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills

  • Proven ability to lead and build top performing teams

  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented leaders

  • Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays

Our legal team wants you to know what's required:

  • Successful completion of a background check

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift and work in a fragrance filled environment

  • Adherence to Sephora's dress code and other policies in the Sephora Employee Handbook




Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
